The book features full-page spread photographs, collages, graphics and poetry, reflecting the dampened spirit of seaside towns during the winter season.
One of the typefaces used in the book was a seaside-influenced display typeface based on Clarendon, an Egyptian slab serif abundant on British coasts, featuring multiple elements contributing to the visual qualities and aesthetics of the British seaside.
